Jennifer Cavender has over 20 years of experience as a CPA, leading audit teams and advising businesses to pursue growth and problem-solving.  In her career in public accounting, she led the mentorship program for her firm, led teams through practical engagement completion, and helped clients develop more effective control in their organizations.  Consistently winning awards for sales, marketing, and mentoring, Jennifer realized her ability to identify the individuals' strengths and use those strengths to build their confidence and effectiveness. She has now dedicated the next chapter of her professional life to working intimately with inspiring business leaders and their teams to create more joy in the workplace through the effective use of groups and leaders.

 

She has been married for 21 years, has two beautiful girls, 16 and 11, and spends much of her free time connecting with other like-minded women. In addition, she loves hiking and doing just about anything on the beach near her home in Torrance, California.
