Overthinking is the Killer of all Joy

Do you suffer from over thinking?  Over thinking is the killer of all joy. All it does is cause fear and anxiety, and it robs us of our peace. We end up focusing on all of the things that could go wrong, which causes us to try to control everything. We end up making situations worse and making huge messes. Over thinking is just a form of fear. When we trust and let go of control, we allow wonderful blessings to come into our lives. When we over think, we actually block our blessings because we self-sabotage. I talk today about how to let go more and release the habit of over thinking.
