In our 3rd episode, we welcome an Indian #Parabadminton player, Pooja Kohli. Pooja is the youngest para-badminton player to qualify for the Paralympic Games to be held in Tokyo, Japan. She shared her inspirational story of how she reached this level. We had a good talk around topics such as Para-sports in India, coaching for Para-Badminton, women participation in sports, how to deal with negative people and essentials for becoming a good athlete.
