In today’s Coffee with the Superintendent, we take a close look at 1 Samuel 15:1–11, where King Saul’s partial obedience led to God’s rejection of his kingship. We’ll explore what this meant in the Jewish mind, how it points us to Christ’s perfect obedience, and what it teaches us about wholehearted discipleship today. In the Second Pour, we celebrate birthdays for Douglas, B. J. Douglas (Alumni), Antonino Siaga (Alumni), and Tyler and Marley in Kindergarten.
