"Everything we’re motivated to find on the outside, we already have on the inside. That’s what the joke is. Instead of looking into it, we’re looking away from it." - Udo Erasmus  The legendary Udo Erasmus came on the podcast today. He is the co-founder of Udo’s Choice Line, which can be found in Whole Foods and other health food stores worldwide. Udo walked a difficult path to become the man he is today.
