Paula Sutherland is the founder of Life Roads Coaching. Her passion continues to be found in helping others navigate the challenges of life by seeing them discover for themselves Gods best path forward.  Paula has experience with Coaching in many ministry contexts including coaching Church Planters, as she has had the privilege of helping lead church plants for the past decade.  Paula has a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies with an emphasis in counseling from New Hope Christian College.  She has also earned the Certificate in Transformational Coaching from Western Seminary and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
