In addition to hosting several online Primal courses, such as the Primal Fitness Coach Expert Certification, Brad partnered with Mark to help write their New York Times bestseller, The Keto Reset Diet. In this episode, Brad and Morgan discuss metabolic flexibility and the importance of eliminating processed foods from one’s diet. Brad also shares his take on popular diets such as keto, carnivore, and Paleo and why his diet consists mainly of meat and fruit.
