1. Keep your expenses low and reduce your liabilities.

• The only reason you spend too much money is because you think it’s going to work
• Your money shows what you love
• Your biggest expense should be your investment accounts
• Whatever your largest expense is, your investment account needs to be 10 times as much as that expense

1. Create a corporation to protect your assets and reduce your expenses

• Only keep what’s in the LLC what’s in the LLC
• Your multiple streams of income should be in multiple corporations

1. Be a jack of all trades

• Know a little bit about a lot so you can hire someone to do it
• Stop being the smartest person; get a bunch of smart people and pay attention

1. Don’t just buy investments; learn about investments

1. Every rich person has lost money at some point

• Poor people never lost a dime
• You have to want to win greater than the obstacles ahead
• You’ve got to let your money go in order for it to grow

1. Most sellers ask too much

• No one ever buys something for what it’s worth

1. Poor dad said “I can’t afford it.” Rich dad said “How can I afford it?”

• You don’t need 10-15 ideas to work; you just need one
• If you want to be called a genius, put out a lot of things

1. Watch your words

• Every time you speak, you’re casting spells
• When you open your mouth and you plant a seed
• Watch how you talk about your money
• You’re casting spells on your finances

1. The market rewards excellence

• When you become excellent, the market will reward you

1. Start doing everything with the spirit of excellence

• If you move with a spirit of excellence in all things, God has no choice but to bless you
• Say these things every morning and evening:
• Money come easily and frequently to me. 
• I will not lose. 
• I am a champion. 
• Everybody serves me.
• Where's my money? I deserve it.
• If you’re running out of rewards, be excellent
• If you get dumb and have faith, you can be blessed
• Your job is not to be smart; it is to be faithful
