I was reading and trying to understand the new Formula 1 rules - and Max Verstappen's objections to them.

I didn't succeed on either front - I have no idea about the electrical boost for overtaking, the recovery of power, and how this affects the racing and the drivers. 

Why ? I think Verstappen might have enjoyed being Sterling Moss or Ayrton Senna perhaps
