So much going on this week I barely have time to write a weird steam of consciousness notes section. That’s right it’s SALT back writing the notes section of all two people in the world that actually enjoy this bit. Had to record on a Saturday because the whole Narwhal crew is driving across Texas (quite a feat) to visit us. They’ll be here tomorrow so Peppa has got me cleaning like a mad man. I just want to play my game though. Seriously, I’m having a blasty blast with Let’s Go Pikachu. We talk some of our initial impressions on this episode. Also, 11 eveolves are now available with the newly revealed Sinnoh Stone. Choosing is going to be hard cause these things are in short supply. Oh I also make Nar do Bug puns cause he lost that bet. Magic the Gathering turned 30 this year…but not actually. We will get to that controversy and the giant convention that Kyle attend this week. Baywatch Nights is a masterpiece of a time capsule that was the nineteen hundred and nineties, and I will hear no slights against it! Seriously, the mysterious nature of this how has catapulted this two season show into meme cult status, but we wanted to understand how this show got made and who it was for. In watching it (all shows up on YouTube) we learned so much about the time period, television, and discovered there was actually some good stuff too. Also, season 2 was a cocaine fueled nightmare that had aliens and the Hoff punches a mummy. When the sun goes down, baby!

College football season is here, and there are fewer things in this world that bring us as much joy (and crushing disappointment) as our favorite sport.
