Hate the Dot's mission is to help turn menstrual cycles into self-care rituals through education and advocacy. Hate the Dot is launching a community-based online platform this February where you can access experts, educational materials, videos, and ask those questions about your body that you’re just too afraid to ask anyone else.   On the platform, Miyoshi talks about periods, mental health, nutrition, hormones, vaginas...all of it.
