Absolutely wonderful plant-based book!
This book provides a nice overview/introduction to plant-based living as well as a realistic approach for doing so incrementally if that's how someone wants to approach it. From detailed information on why it's important to eat plant-based diets to creating a plant-based pantry to even planning for large gatherings and holidays, this cookbook has you covered.
But, it is pretty good to read if you are a new to this way of eating. Highly recommended!

This is truly a wonder recipe book that is based on easy to make delicious recipes. The book will continue to be your guide. It includes recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even desserts. Youâll never run out of ideas for your meals when you read the book, and you have an idea of all of the different things that you can do with the plant based diet. I like it very much and also recommend others too.
