Shanon Whittingham is a multifaceted Holistic Health Coach, YouTube Host, and Founder of Sincerely Shans. She is determined to take an integrative and functional approach to health and healing. Apart from overseeing her own company, Shanon is a health advocate and coach for various brands and organizations. During undergraduate college, Shanon double majored and received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Upon graduating she worked extensively with individuals and families with developmental and mental disabilities, but her true passion was always for holistic health. As a result, Shanon decided to go back to school and is now earning her Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, while simultaneously completing didactic supervised practice to become a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist. Shanon believes health is a positive vitality and not just the absence of disease. She is committed to connecting the dots between the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of health. Through working with different brands and by developing her own integrative health coaching program, Shanon has helped hundreds of people around the world optimize their health and healing.

“Ultimately, I strive to remain undisputed, genuine, and always sincere through what I do and share with others. As I learned more about caring for my physical, mental, and spiritual health, Sincerely Shans was created to be a platform where others can be inspired and empowered to do the same.” - Shanon
