I talk a lot about the importance of coaching, because I’m a coach. Duh! I think everyone should have a coach and get coaching on a regular basis. Having someone who can look at your brain from a non-judgmental and neutral place is so helpful in showing you the way “out of the forest” if you will, that we all tend to get ourselves caught up in.

But just as important as having a coach is, it is equally important to learn how to self-coach. It’s a lot like having a personal trainer. They can only do so much for you. In order to see true and lasting results you have to be willing to put in the time and effort when you are away from them. Today on the podcast I give you three steps so that you can start self-coaching yourself and see amazing results in your life.
