We live in a world made up of boundaries. We have boundaries when it comes to the countries we live in, how we drive in traffic, how we decide on property ownership, and so much more. Boundaries create order and safety. They also allow for a lot of freedom that wouldn’t exist if boundaries didn’t exist.

But there is one area in our life that the majority of us lack in good boundary keeping skills - our thoughts. We think our thoughts just come and go and we have little control over them. On today’s podcast I give you a visual image of how to set up thought boundaries in your brain and then what you need to do to make sure you keep the good thoughts within bounds and the bad ones well outside of bounds.
