Three New York Mets batters drove in 2-out runs, and a FOUR run 1st inning, fueled the Mets fourth straight victory. They defeated the White Sox, 6-4, to secure the series victory. 

The Mets batted around in the first inning and scored all four of their runs with two-outs. Pete Alonso and Jared Young each hit two-run home runs to claw the lead back for New York.

It was an okay night for Tylor Megill, going 5.2 innings and only allowing two runs. But just like his last start out against the Red Sox, he had to hand over the baseball with some traffic on the base paths. 

Reed Garrett picked up a five out save, his second save in the last three days, to push the Mets to an impressive 21-6 home record.
