Tonight they guys break open 8 bottles of beer to do a side by side test of Jason's Small Batch Cream Ale Experiment.

The base recipe for a 1 gallon batch is 2 pounds of American 2 Row and 1 pound of Flaked Corn.

I broke the 1 Gallon into 4 equal parts and added my bittering and aromatic hops (Cascade, Santiam, Mt Hood and Centennial Hops)

I then pitched Fermentis US-05 (American Ale) into the 4 1 Liter bottles which contained the 4 separate hopped worts.

A few weeks later I used the same recipe but with Cascade Hops only and then pitched different yeast strains from Fermentis. https://fermentis.com/en/

The guys do a side by side taste test and tell you about he differences between the beers, hops and yeast.
