We chat with certified pregnancy, post natal fitness specialist, Dahlas Fletcher from Body Fabulous about the best ways we can prepare our bodies for our next snow trip. She focuses on 'pre-hab not rehab', informing us which exercise will help get in shape for skiing and snowboarding whether it is pilates, resistance training or running & how many weeks out from a snow trip is optimal for fitness.
