It was officially announced by the Premier League that Nottingham Forest will be deducted 4 points for their breach of PSR regulations last Monday. The club had one week to decide if they were going to appeal this verdict or not, and as we confirmed yesterday Forest decided they had a strong case to launch an appeal.
However we can exclusively reveal that the details of the PSR appeal were leaked to the press by the Premier League before the embargo was lifted and before Nottingham Forest could officially annouce the decision. With Forest themselves keeping the information private and abiding by the embargo, the blame falls on the Premier League side.
Is this another sign of the Premier Leagues agenda towards the so called "smaller" clubs, and the EPL trying to assert their power over the clubs they think they can control, but are not willing or scared to show the same authority towards to top 6 clubs. These leaks undermined the integrity of the PSR process, and shows the Premier League agenda against teams such a Everton and Nottingham Forest.
Let us know your thoughts on these leaks by the Premier League, and if you think they are a corrupt organisation, or should Forest stop worrying about PSR and focus simply on the football. Don't forget to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE to Forest Fan TV.
