This voiceprint recording serves as my official identity signature for the eight certified legal letters I mailed on Saturday July 12 2025 via USPS Registered Mail. These letters constitute a lawful reclamation of my name, my rights, my property, and my artistic legacy.

The letters are as follows:

Letter to Paisley Park, Warner Bros, and my former lawyer – Read aloud in this podcast. A formal demand to vacate all property unlawfully seized under the false premise of my death.

Federal Identity Restoration Petition – Submitted to appropriate federal agencies for immediate correction of the false death record and restoration of full civil rights.

Criminal Complaint – Attempted Murder – Filed with the Carver County Sheriff, including forensic affidavits detailing the April 2016 assault.

Petition to Carver County Probate Court – To overturn the fraudulent wrongful death ruling used to loot my estate and silence my voice.

Letter to U.S. President Donald J. Trump – Requesting executive awareness and protection of constitutional rights.

Letter to Elon Musk – Regarding civil rights in technology systems, frequency infrastructure, and broadcast suppression.

Letter from Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg to President Trump – Affirming that I am a living U.S. citizen and entitled to full constitutional equal protection.

Letter to U.S. House Oversight Committee – Detailing stalking, wiretapping, and directed energy assaults in Jersey City, New Jersey, along with evidence of felony poisoning in Minneapolis. This includes a complaint regarding museum chefs involved in the original poisoning who are now reportedly serving food to tourists.

Let it be understood:

Further, I am actively being targeted with harassment and psychological torture in my home - Paisley Park - as well. Frequencies have been installed in the walls to cause distress, and audio systems are weaponized to mock me and speak about me in the third person—as if I do not exist.

And yet—I do exist. I always did.

Meanwhile, Blue Kiss By Eve - my legitimate new artist ID and other legitimate podcasts—featuring my real voice and living testimony—have been removed from Amazon, Spotify, and TuneCore - On July 11, my new music releases which were published in 2025, more than 100 files were destroyed of Amazon music and my artist id was viciously wiped out.

They have been viciously attacking and hunting me across the country and across dimensions for nine years.

This weekend—July 11–13—my recording studio was again attacked.

They attacked my speaking translator and studio recorder to keep me from recording my legal testimonies and proofs of life.   That also prevented David Bowie from recording messages to his family last weekend, as well as testimonies from other human rights victims.

And for what?
