Professional softball player AJ Andrews sits down with Anthony and Jared for the Up and In Show's first episode.

AJ has been making headlines her whole life, but most recently you can catch her stunting at the ESPYs, giving motivational talks, or causally being the first woman to win the Rawlings Gold Glove award given to the best defender at their position.

AJ is a women empowerment and gender equality advocate and does an incredible job branding herself, as well as specifically motiving young women to become the best version of themselves.

She tackles a lot of tough conversations around sport and society and shines some light on some insights into what has gotten her to level she is at.
