California's Prop 1 remains on track to pass when votes are certified next month, as the latest numbers show 50.2% of Californians voting yes on the measure. Local leaders are going back and forth over the future of Prop 47, which aimed to reduce our state's incarceration rates by lessening penalties for non-violent crimes.
