Narcissistic Abuse is something that is rarely spoken about or highlighted in pop culture until now. I believe that many are incapable of seeing that Kanye's response to the dissolution of their marriage is narcissistic rage. And what Kim is dealing with right now (and may have dealt with during their marriage) is narcissistic abuse.
