A coach in four national championship games, Scott Fountain has a vast amount of experience coaching in college football. With a specific knack for coaching special teams, Coach Fountain has helped teach star players such as the newly minted Super Bowl champion Mecole Hardman and First-Team All-SEC Kicker Rodrigo Blankenship.
After spending the last three years on UGA’s staff in both on and off the field roles, Coach Fountain decided to head to the University of Arkansas after former UGA offensive line coach Sam Pittman was named as their head coach. Now the special teams coordinator for the Razorbacks, Coach Fountain spoke with your host Keith Grabowski at the 2020 USA Football National Conference about how to approach teaching special teams.
