She is under medical supervision, and according to a statement, her doctors are "concerned." Just two days ago, the Queen met the new prime minister, Liz Truss -- who says "the whole country will be deeply concerned" about her. A heat wave pushes California's power grid close to the breaking point as wildfires force thousands to flee. After an hours-long search, police have arrested a 19-year-old man suspected of killing at least four people during a shooting rampage across Memphis, Tennessee.
