My Personal Tendinitis Journey:I've had my fair share of flare-ups, especially in my left arm and shoulder. From snowboarding mishaps to intense workouts, tendinitis has been an unwelcome guest. But guess what? I've found ways to combat it and I'm here to share them with you!
Marc's Six-Step Tendinitis Recovery Plan:Cease and Desist: Identify the culprit exercise and take a break from it.Ice, Ice Baby: Apply ice to the affected area for short durations.
