Market Street Memory Care Residence’s public relations response to the abuse captured in this video does nothing to erase the horrifying reality staring us in the face. Watching these two individuals—one wearing a hair bonnet that has no place leaving the house and the other barely capable of stringing a coherent sentence together—makes it glaringly obvious they are unfit to care for animals, let alone fragile human beings. Their blatant lack of professionalism and empathy is a chilling reminder of what can go wrong when care is placed in the hands of the wrong people.
