On today's show, Tim welcomes reality TV star/luxury real estate agent Tay Hasselhoff to discuss her new project, CNBC's Listing Impossible. Best known for her famous dad, actor David Hasselhoff, Tay discusses her newfound passion in real estate. The show follows superstar L.A. real estate agent Aaron Kirman and his team who specialize in selling extravagant, multi-million dollar properties that have been languishing on the market.

Later, Tim welcomes RE/MAX realtor Rick Gisondi to the show. Rick discusses his 25 year career in real estate, and offers tips on how to properly market and sell a home.
