  Pendleton Cowgirl Whiskey Fudge1 -14 oz can sweetened condensed milk20 0z semi-sweet chocolate chips ( thats 1 and 3/4 of a 12 ounce bag)1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup Pendleton Whiskey - no worries, the alcohol cooks out  - you can use Jack Daniels if you likePrep an 8x8 pan with parchment paperIn a sauce pan, add the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips and melt the chips on med-loStir constantlyAdd the vanilla to the whiskey and stir until very smoothPour the fudge into the pan and smooth out the top woth a rubber spatulaAllow to cool . . .if you can! . . . for 30 minutes or moreCut into bite-size pieces
