SHOUT OUTS 

Thanks to all our patrons and everyone in the Runcation Nation for all your support and encouragement.  Because of you, we have been able to keep the show going over the last 18 months, and now that the races are returning, we look forward to meeting up with you, too!

Congratulations to our friends, the Will Run For Hosts and Greg in Orlando who did Rock the Knob race events this past weekend!  Patron of the show, Susie ran for Wine in our hoodie no less,  Running Thru Wonderland Jenn did a 10K, Jennifer Fink’s little guy - 4yr old - had a first ever fun run, and JoJo ran with Presidents at Mount Rushmore, too!  For anyone who did not get a shoutout on the show, please don’t forget to send them to us. RUN

This week we ran our  We Love Truckers (Rob Nadeau Memorial) Virtual Race.  It is a virtual race of a variety of distances honoring the life of one of our own lost too soon, Rob Nadeau.  It supports organizations that he wanted to highlight and help, St. Christopher's Trucker Relief Fund and Koch Trucking.   These organizations work to support and show appreciation for many Truck Drivers across the United States.  We ran our miles at the beautiful Laurel Falls Trail in Tennessee during Truck Driver Appreciation Week (September 12 - September 18).  This week culminated in Rob’s birthday on the 18th. 

This was our first ever trail walk or hike.  We saw so many beautiful sights that Rob would have loved and learned some important life lessons along the way.  We recap them on this episode.
