Not just India & Quebec but all nations need to join hands by creating R&D/Technology exchange, open-fair trade opportunities, extend support to each other, especially the underdeveloped /emerging nations, so they too can participate in the global economy to create a better tomorrow. Global warming, existential threats from artificial intelligence #ai & exponential technologies are serious concerns that need collective attention, effort, investment & execution if we desire to mitigate the threat. we have to go beyond economics if we truly wish to see a......just, fair, open, inclusive, diverse & equitable world.
