Please only listen, when you can safely Close your eyes.I'm just gonna ask you to kill yourself comfortable, comfortable, relaxed, or as relaxed as you can feel at this moment,unless you lie down on your bed, or maybe sitting in a chair, that support your bed your body completely,you can get in touch with which parts of your body feel the most relaxed compared to those parts that aren't as relaxed as you want them to be. Or aren't as relaxed as they will be sent just like you to pick two parts of your body. One which perhaps is the most relaxed part. And the other part, which is maybe the least relaxed. At the moment. I'd like you to notice just those two paths you can see that this started to turn into buckets, buckets of liquid, both of them or eat notice is the pocket that's the most relaxed is the most full. And the bucket is less relaxed, as well. Less of whatever's inside that bucket, but deeply relaxed.And you can start to wrap your mind around the idea thatthe part of your body that needs more relaxation has already got some in there to start with. It's just not enough. Maybe there's not much in there at all. There's always some in there.And then they should focus on the other bucket parts of you that'sreally relaxed. What happens with that bucket heads gets full and it keeps filling out. See, you can take that bucket, you can pour a quarter of the liquid from thatdeeply relaxed bucket into the other one, just a quarter keeping focused on the bucket that had the most amount in as you put it back in its place.You notice to start with that it's it's lower, the liquid is lower down by a quarter. As you focus more, you start to notice that that liquid healing relaxation starts to rise again. Back to the level it was before. This may surprise you just how easily that part of your body that's feeling completely relaxed, has more than enough of that relaxing energy to share.As you look over to the ever bucket, night sin that feeling that parts of the body feeling more relaxed. Maybe not relaxed enough yet more relaxed. We can go back to the other bucket again the one that is now full. Take that bucket and empty as much as needed to fill up the other bucket leaving just a small amount left in the original back here, the deeply relaxed part and putting it back and then she focus on that you can see the level of relaxationrevise and again all the way back up to the top regenerated reborn now as you focus on the other bucket full to the brim of deep relaxation notice how that part of your body feels now nice to see now calm and relax relaxed. II feel So now we can do is likely to pick up that bucket that you've just filled up that was practically empty before and just empty just push it over said that deep relaxation spreads throughout your body into all of those other partsthe needed so that you can fill all those other buckets up noise other parts and you can put the back the bucket up straight again, a bucket the thought was empty. Watch what happens as it refills itself all the way to the top.You can do the same with the other bucket, the original deeply relaxed bucket factor, you can do both of them at the same time. Just tip in a mindspread in that deep relaxation, liquid energy for your entire body filling up those buckets that need to be filled up knowing that that healing relaxation will also continue to top up keeping those buckets full of relaxation, continuously, no matter how often they may spill. Because sensory relaxation in a sense of being a bucket filled with the healing, relaxation, it can get knocked over at times. Always readjust its its refills back to the top full of...
