TRANSCRIBED BY https://otter.ai/referrals/T1UKO5K7Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland, and this is relaxation, hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Please only listen when you can safely Close your eyes. And I'm going to do a relaxation session, there's going to be two versions one with and without music. So the one with music will be about 51 minutes long, the one without music could be probably about a half an hour ish.As long as a helicopter doesn't landed in the garden, there might be a little bit of background sound, solong as it's fairly quiet, I'll be able to do this recording. Now, it's really important that a few things first of all, if you sitting in the chair, make sure the chair supports your body in here then if you fall asleep, because that is a possibility that you may fall asleep. And because of that possibility, please make sure that, you know, you haven't left the oven on and you're not, you're not doing this while you're running a bar or something, thinking well, you got you know, by sound like a silly thing to say. But you might put something in the oven that takes 40 minutes to cook. And you figure while the recording last half an hour, I'll listen to this, then I'll do the oven. You know, eat me dinner. set your alarm, if that's the case, set your alarm to wake yourself up, in case you fall asleep. Because I've a very boring voice. So that's it. Also, there's more chance of falling asleep if you're lying down on your bed.So you can use this as a sleep session. I thought I'm gonna call it a relaxation slash sleep session. So it can be a bit of both whatever you want it to be. Because there's not really a lot of difference between the two. Because in order for you to drift off to sleep, you need full body relaxation, including your mind slowing down. And it's almost the same process physiologically to relaxing than it is to sort of go to sleep, but we've gone to sleep, it's just that step forward into a different or different direction into the direction of sleep. As opposed to just relaxing. I like to do both. But I struggled to stay awake when I listen to relaxing recordings. So this is going to be for both relaxing and for sleeping. whichever you choose a third structure or third bow a third benefit to this recording. And it's a little secret I shouldn't really keep. And it's I would say I would class that for most of my recordings is my record has can reduce chronic pain. Even the ones that were I don't even mention pain is no title. It's got nothing to do, you know. Logically you think well it's got nothing to do with my fibromyalgia, arthritis or whatever. Deeper relaxation really does reduce chronic pain. And if you remember that every feeling that we have in our body is created by our brain. And our thoughts affect what our brain does, we almost you could say the brain is allowed to steer and will leave and you naked all this you know, we tell the brain what we want. We tell our brain to feel relaxed and the brain triggers that signal in your brain which then sends those messages down your spinal cord and then through your nervous system to every part of your body. To relax all the muscles, and you know, it's a chemical, which is the it just releases a chemical within you, that relaxes you or maybe even send you to sleep in the process. It also, within the chemicals that's released in your body from your brain is pain relief chemicals. So if you're one of the millions of people out there that have, you know, chronic pain issues, then I do recommend listening to these recordings. Whether it's these or whether it's to sleep recordings I do on my other podcasts. Because it helps. And I've been doing this a long time. And I learned many, many years ago 2006, I used to actually see people for chronic pain relief. And I learned that relaxation equals, which is pain,...
