Now like tea for you to get yourself comfortable there will be two versions of this recording one with one without music. This will be a relaxation session with the option to fall asleep if you choose. And if you're just listening for the relaxation, and you have plans to do other things, after listening to this, I suggest you set some kind of an alarm to wake you up. Just in case she gets so bored, you just drift away to advice comfortable sleep. Now, as I said case of comfortable ideally, I suppose if it's the relaxation, and you know you really don't want to fall asleep, it might be worth listening to this in a chairthat supports your body in case you did fall asleep or lying down on your bed there's a much larger chance that you as your body relaxes and your mind slows down. She listen to my voice you may just naturally let go of everything. And when that happens, you may find yourself drifting. And once you start drifting away, you feel so comfortable and so peaceful. That you may just happily allow that natural process of relaxing deeply to occur. And then the next step crossing over that bridge to sleep. Naturally drifting off to sleepis just so easy. Once you're incredibly and totally relaxed, physically and mentally. See, you can choose to use this record in any way that suits you. And every time you listen to this recording, or any of my recordings you'll find yourself becoming relaxed, so much easier. So naturally just by hearing my voice it's a trigger for your body mind to calm down and it triggers the chemicals from your brain those chemicals, d d, relaxation and healing to be sent down your spinal cord and then into every part of your body starts to relax even deeper.
