Now I'm going to do a relaxation session, which is going to be there's two versions one with one without music. One with music will last about 51 minutes. So I'd like you to get yourself comfortable lying down if you want, but there's a chance you could fall asleep. So I'd suggest you set an alarm, alarm clock or your phone or whatever. In case you do fall asleep. And if you're sitting in the chair, make sure that the chair supports your body securely so that you don't fall out of it if he was to fall asleep or even relax deeply. So it needs to be supportive chair. So, no balancing on the log or something like that is not ideal.Now it's gonna ask you to get in touch a feel. Starting from the top of your head, face, neck, back, your neck. shoulders, your hands back, right away from the top, all the way down to the bottom of your back, lower back.When you got your chest moving down to the stomach, your hips cluding your buttocks, your growing tops your thighs and the rest of your legs moving down into your ankles.Then you feet just get in a general sense how you physically feel in this moment. Now focus on your mind the thoughts that are inside your mind imagine those thoughts and that's stress and tension in your mind and your body. is actually poweredby some batteries. two batteries power this these anxious the then stress For the things that maybe feel like they get in, they work gets in the way of you relaxing deeply.I'd like you just find where those batteries may be in your mind, they may be in your back, and may be in your shoulder, chest or stomach, lakes, hands or feet. Just fine that compartment in your mind where they are in your body might be in the top of your head and just see yourself opening that compartment very easily. just popping out those batteries. And once you dislodged one, they won't work anyway. Once you break that connection, you can just pop them both out or let them drop to the floor. Which means that no more feelings of stress or tension or anxiety, or panic, none of that stuff can be produced while you're listening to my voice, no new feelings like that can be created which allows you to just deal with how your body is now.How your mind feels now and how do you feel having removed those batteries Do you feel given the you have chosen take a step back. You have decided to remove those batteries so that no new feelings of negativity, stress or any of those things that were causing you difficulties in the pastthat just can't be created. While you listen to my voice.That connection between my voice and you feeling naturally relaxed as those batteries are completely removed and dropped to the floor. The freedom physical and emotional freedom that you can experience can be connected to my voice not just whilst you listen to me now. Also future recordings future times you can automatically re experience these the sense of freedom is new found calmness that maybe 20 minutes ago could possibly have seemed a bit unlikely just how easily you managed to release yourself from those bothersome sensations to remove those batteries and they dropped to the floor.That freedom physically and emotionally we felt all throughout your body since looseness breathing is freer mind feels calm connection feel cool, cool breeze on my face almost as if it's moving through my face and through my headthrough my brain this coolness this almost cleansing feeling feel...
