Please only listen, when you can safely Close your eyes. How I'm gonna do today, first of all is ask you to get yourself comfortable. Whether it's lying down or sitting in a comfortable chair, make sure the chair supports your body. I'm gonna ask you just to notice how your body feels right now. In this very moment, when you know that you don't have to do anything. You don't have to say anything, you don't have to, you don't have to listen to anything. You're choosing to listen to my voice.So this is a time that you've decided to spend relaxing. So you've chosen this safe space to just let go. Completely. Something happens when you actually think about the idea that you're choosing this space to relax.It's your choice. No one's making you do it. No one could make you do it. You know, it's because you have decided to relax. Which means that this time is all about letting go and feeling more comfort in your mind and in your body. Now, the more relaxed you feel in your body means you'll feel more relaxed in your mind. And the more relaxed you feel in your mind means you feel more relaxed in your body. So I know this is kind of obvious, really. So you could just focus on one or the other. You could just focus onthe common effect of listening to this has on your mind. And your mind slows down even more. Your body in turn, feels more relaxed. In all the different parts of your body. It's not just the muscles to relax. He can sense that grow in feeling safe D and comfort spreading all over your skin and also deep deep into your skin to not just the muscles but also your bones relaxing blood vessels relaxing all your internal organs feeling calm and from Shannon adequately without any extra tension needed which is lucky because that tension started to just the your body and your mind out of the top of your headtiny, invisible whole top of your head. Well those are immense arguments and worries concerns frustrations and tension anxiety or just to find that little ladder you see them climbing up the ladder into the clouds disappearing in the clouds just visualize that you may be surprised not just as a trapdoor and atop your head, which can be opened and then there's a ladder sticking out the top of your head. And then all these thoughts or these worries and concerns, maybe the take the shape people that you knowclimbing up that ladder and then disappearing in the clouds. All you know and they don't know is that this is a one way journey.So one way ladder. Because when they're all finished climbing up that ladder in those clouds above your head, you can then pull down that ladder so they have no way of getting back on or you could just push the ladder out. So it slides down your head onto the floor and just smashes on the floor so they can never be reused.those thoughts and feelings continue to climb up that ladder you can notice the freedom becomes so almost as if it's something you've been looking forward to but you didn't realize it until now. So now just how are leasing feels not just in your mind but your body feels a sense of relief those concerns and worries and negative emotions Lee don't mind through that hatch in the top of his head or letter. Maybe as you notice they're walking faster. Perhaps can't make cow any faces anymore. It's moving fast because all that negativity that was inside before. Now leaving your mind and your body moving quickly up that ladder out to the top of your head and into the clouds. You can't see what's going on inside the clouds. You need to because those clouds are not connected to you.As you continue to enjoy that. Physical land emotional, letting go completely. You can feel the faces within...
