TRANSCRIBED BY https://otter.ai/referrals/T1UKO5K7Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland, and this is relaxation, hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Please listen, when you can safely Close your eyes. Now, thank you for listening, and please subscribe to this podcast, follow like maybe leave a comment. That's all groovy. And this is going to be a fairly short exercise. It's kind of like a visualization exercise. And so I'm going to ask you to close your eyes or First of all, get yourself comfortable in a comfortable chair. Maybe if you want to lay down but just warn you the chances Do you may fall asleep, if you'd lay down listening to me, because I've got such a boring, boring voice. So there is that possibility. So if you're going to lay down, maybe set a timer to an alarm or something to wake you up, just in case you fall asleep. If you're going to sit down and share, please make sure it's got sides to the chair so that again, if you did fall asleep, you didn't fall out of the chair. So it's important that you put safety first. Now, when she when she comfortable to close your eyes, I don't want you just to get in touch of how you physically feel right now, get in touch with your level of stress at this moment. If you're going to give it a gauge to gauge it between zero and 1010 B and you know, the worst zero being nothing, you know, zero stress, zero tension, zero anxiety. And just gauge where is at the moment. And I realize it might have already reduced. Especially if you're if you listen to me regularly. Just hearing my voice can increase your sense of relaxation in your body and in your mind, your mind starts to slow down a bit and you feel more of a sense of well being. So as you just gauge what number is at the moment, you can just leave that to the side because you can remember that later. Now I'd like you to imagine the a helmet is being placed over your head. Almost like a motorcycle helmet. Something that's very comfortable. It's not tied here and got squeeze your head into or anything. It just placeson your head very, very gently. It's light as as he can't even necessarily feel it. You know it's there, but it's not heavy. It's nice and comfortable. What this helmet does is it sucks the tension and stress and anxiety from your brain. From your body. It basically just takes it away. That's all it does. It's not turned on yet. You know it's there. When you can just sometimes just by having it there just by either the first imaginings of having, having that helmet on your head gently supported. Feels nice. It just feels comfortable. It feels different. As if you're doing something new that maybe you've not done before. On the front of the helmet on the top, you know, sort of around a guess where your forehead would be, there's a buttonand you can just press that button when you're ready. And that was starts that helmet extracting the stress from your brain extracting attention from your body. So I'm going to count down you will I've already pressed it, I probably would have done by myself. If you haven't, I'm going to count down from five down to one want to get to one, I'd like you to press the button. When you do press the button, just notice you'll have a feeling there's a feeling there. A sensation physical, there's a physical sensation actually inside your head as the tension gets sucked out of your brain by that helmet, which is exactly what it's there for. might also have a sound the helmet you may see in your mind may have a certain color may change may flash. A flashy light is going to be different for everybody. You can feel almost the suction of the helmet as it sucks the tension and stress literally out of your head. You can physically feel it 54321 press a button so much like a gravitational pull. I can feel it My body is attention since we moving uptowards...
