Colton exemplifies how hard work and effort can be a determining factor in the early stages of a real estate investors career. Yes, systems are important! But so is knowing how things work and knowing how to do many of the tasks you are hiring out so that you can hold people accountable for quality workmanship and job completion. I'm confident that Colton has a very bright future ahead!
