Charles Kingston of REFIRE and Andrew Barber of Targa Communications in London moderated the discussion and were joined by Susanne Klaußner, Managing Partner at DIR Deutsche Investment Retail GmbH; Jörg Krechky, Head of Retail Investment at Savills Immobilien Beratungs-GmbH; Briain Morris, Managing Director at Slate Asset Management; Adam Pearce , managing partner of Kintyre Investments in Frankfurt and Johnnie Wilkinson, CEO & Executive Director, Greenman Investments.
The panel was also joined by Professor Dr Thomas Beyerle of Catella Property Valuation GmbH, who provided a brief market review.
