When was the last time you read any of the prophets?  Admittedly, the prophets can be a hard read, replete with confusing histories and oracles of judgment.  But God gave us the prophets to bless us, not confuse us or condemn us.  God gave us the prophets, God gave us Zechariah, to point us to the true Prophet, to Jesus, who shines light into our darkness and restores our souls.
