We are pivoting in the marketplace towards connection. If you are leading from a place of service, be fully connected and listening, you will rise into leadership and step into your gifts. [3:29]   “Great leaders always think outside the box.” Erin Sanderson   Maybe you got comfortable in your business, but now is the time to innovate. People are looking for leaders, sanity, and stability. As business owners, we are always looking for life-long loyalty. Erin encouraged that when all of this passes, your people are going to remember how you showed up and made them feel. It isn’t going to be because of our service, it will be because of our character. [11:53]   “My biggest piece of advice is to be grateful and look at this as an opportunity.” Pat Flynn    Pat Flynn shares how his experience during the 2008 recession fuels his passion to give back and support others during these uncertain times. Practice gratitude, instead of falling into excuses ask “what does this make possible,” become a curator of information, show up for your audience and team consistently, be transparent, and lead by example.  [30:21] Rise.
