Robert Thoms is running to retain his seat on the Tacoma City Council. He's the first incumbent we've had on the show, and it was interesting to talk to someone with concrete experience on the Council. We talked about what the City is doing to address the homeless population as well as what can be done at this point regarding the LNG plant. It was a great chat, and Doug FINALLY gets his roads questions answered!
