Ryan Mitchell came in as a late choice of guest replacement for the unavailable Cain Watt and what an inspired guest it turned out to be with a new trio for 1 week only, being joined on the show by joint Team GB boss Olly Allen, to discuss all things SON as they prepare for the week long event starting next week.

There was also the Ludlow vs Mitchell challenge, as Rob tried to fend off a new challenger whilst Rob reigned supreme again in the prediction league.

We looked forward to our next Meeting of the Week, the British U19 Final from Redcar whilst also discussing some of the hot topics of the week, both domestically and internationally.
