Building on her experience and the attention from Allergy Shmallergy, Erin began AllergyStrong, a non-profit aimed at helping at-risk families with food allergies. Erin is a freelance writer, a sought-after advisor to various media outlets, and a consultant to schools, families, restaurants and businesses. Erin is a clear and strong advocate for families with food allergies and other dietary restrictions.

Erin appeared in the Discovery Channel documentary, "Emerging Epidemic: Food Allergies in America" as well as on CBS Radio, Fox 5 DC news, the podcast "Living Positively with Food Allergies".
