I let other people dress me. My wife recently picked out some brand new clothes for me and it got me thinking how when you plan a conference, write a book or start a business, you are presenting yourself. The bigger the business gets, the more I am relying more and more on other people to "dress me." A business will plateau unless you empower other people.
