Your brain will always listen to what you tell it. WHAT?!?!  This was exactly the reframe I needed during this episode!  There were SO MANY things in this episode I want you all to hear. It was so powerful to hear her take on how to stop automatic negative thoughts and the tangible ways we all get stuck (and out of our stuckness!).

Check this episode out!! And be sure to check out her website and follow her on social media as well!

Amanda Kostura is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Bachelor's of Psychology, a Minor in Child and Family Development, as well as a Master's of Social Work from the University of Akron.
