Ville Simola is the CEO of Maria01. This is the leading leading startup hub in the Nordic’s. After their planned expansion it will be Largest Startup and Venture Campus in Europe!
Ville was at the beginning of the startup scene in Finland. In 2010 he was the co-founder of Startup Sauna. This program targeted for early-stage startup companies in a sense you could say it had some similarities to Maria01.
Around the same time he was also part of a startup himself: Checkmylevel their goal was to monitor and optimise your training readiness and recovery.
Ville was here responsible for the Marketing and back then he was also training for a triathlon, a milestone (according to me) is 2018, in that year he participated in the ironman race. This is considered one of the most difficult oneway sport events in the world.
