Tomasz Drybala is an ultra endurance runner who runs approximately 200 kilometers per week (~125 miles) and has completed a 5 million step challenge. Tom is gearing up for his biggest challenge yet: running the circumference of the Earth - approximately 40,075 kilometers (25,000 miles). In January of 2023, Tom's book - "Flow Up - Get Rid Of Anxiety, Stress And Overwhelm And Unlock Focus, Creativity And Joy" - will be released, covering his mindful running techniques that he uses as an athlete and coach.
