This week, we are interviewing author, mother, and grandmother, Sandy Ohlman, as she shares how God’s plan has been evident in her life from the time she was in her mother’s womb.  Sandy was adopted  into an amazing family at just a few days old.  Although her adopted family was a miracle for her, God still had to do deep works of healing as Sandy processed the hurt and abandonment of being separated from her birth mother.  Sandy grew up in Toronto until she married an American missionary kid and moved to the states.  They created a normal life for themselves as their family became more involved in church.  However, Sandy found that the more she threw herself into ministry, the more she struggled to deal with depression and anger.  Finally, God halted everything and told her to take an entire year to pray and read her bible.  During that time, God healed her of the fear of man and her repetitive cycles of abandonment.  She took all the lessons God taught her and put them into her new book, “Build You For Life”.
