Summer is almost over! I hope yours has been full of time in nature.
I spent a very HOT summer day chatting with my friend and apprentice, Ari. I originally met them in Atabey, a BIPOC Herbal Medicine Program, last year. I quickly knew that they were a gifted channel for Spirit, and I was excited to get to know them better. Over the span of this year, she and three other folks have become my Creative Cauldron Apprentices. It feels like an easy and dreamy extension of the magic and medicine that we were steeped in during the previous year. In this episode, Ari (they/she) shares how connecting with their Spiritual Practice took disconnecting from colonialism and patriarchy, the many ways they experience Spirit and live in an constant dreamy realm, and how important laughter and pleasure are to us and our Ancestors.
